Ever since I got turned on to REI and joined all the online groups, downloaded the podcasts, bought the books, and watched the videos, my FB has been bombarded with these all-inclusive "How To" Training Programs that cost $$$. I'm def willing to pay for the tips, tricks, tools, and most importantly a dedicated mentor but I don't want my first decision/ investment (choosing which program) to be a total flop before I even really get started!

Does anyone have a tried and true training program they recommend??

I feel like I’m missing some of the puzzle pieces so I don’t want to make a move than be blindsided by something I didn’t know about. The more I try to learn, the more I realize I don’t know.
