Hi everyone!! I started out doing residential real estate, i didn't a lot due to my crazy work and school schedule so i had stopped for a while, I realized residential wasn't really what i wanted to do. I am looking to start learning Commercial Real Estate. I need all the advice and resources i can get. What are some good resources??

Hi my name is Amanda, i am new to Real Estate. I have my first house under contract right now just need to find a buyer. I am a single mom so funding is one thing i want to learn more about also learn how to do the different types of Real Estate. I wholesale in Florida but i live in Vermont.
