I chose wholesaling for one because I have been in mortgages for over 10yrs in the operations side and I wanted to branch out into another side of the industry but still helping others. Also to provide a long term passive income. Im a single parent of two lovely children and I want to be self employed in the next 2 to 5 years. What about you?
