Would like opinions/reviews on the best RE course to do online that is approved to take the exam. I learn well with visual & audio. This is for a MA RE License

@Frank Patalano

Thank you Frank. Is there a page for more information? Where, when, etc.

Going to enroll in a course to obtain RE license in Massachusetts; what program do you recommend?

I learn well with audio and visual, not just reading.

Go!

@Patrick M Nichols

Thank you, Patrick!

@Brian Van Pelt

Thank you, Brian! I have been continuing to do research and a lot of it in Massachusetts seems to be the language used and how you represent the buyer/investor when making offers. Not illegal, but, in MA there seems to be a very thin line. Hence, why I’m still in the “learning” process!

Fall River area REIA groups? I'm in the education phase of investing

Q: If I were to have a cash buyer and a property ready to be matched right now and I am the wholesaler, how to I go about signing the contract? What contract is used? Will the selling realtor have the correct docs or would I have to have one drawn up? It may seem very trivial for those of you who have been doing this but I am looking to do my first deal and the only reason I haven’t yet is because I’m not sure once the offer is accepted what document I need to sign since it isn’t going to be a standard purchase for myself.

There are so many "education systems" out there for new to the REI game. I am looking to get educated on wholesaling to cash buyers. I know that education is an investment but I am not looking to get signed up with the first google hit when I search "wholesaling edu".

Question is; Have any of you been successful using educational resources? Best paid and or free development seminars/classes?

I am getting started in Massachusetts

Thank you for your help!
