@Mark Brogan hi mark thanks so much. I’ve been researching a lot of different types of real estate investing and this just seems like something we can get our feet into sooner than later. However we live in San Diego ca, and prices are much higher than what I see others purchasing MH for 5,000 or less.

Where do you invest at? How long have you been doing it? Any tips on getting started?

Anyone out there invest in mobile homes? New to investing and just came across mobile homes and am interested in hearing other people’s thoughts on this market. I see some people buy cheap, rehab, then sell with the option of seller financed over 5 years. What are your experiences/thoughts?

@Andrew Kougl Thanks I looked for events on BP for the area but only found one in Carlsbad. I’m located in San Carlos area. But you are right virtual makes it easier to attend anywhere now.
