@Dmitriy Fomichenko, I've lived in Spring Hill going on 2 years, grew up in Tampa though. Thanks for the tips above, I'll be for sure using it! So you used to own here in Brooksville? That's right up the road from me :) what happened with that?

Hello all! I’m very new to RE investing, actually I’ve not even bought a rental yet…but I want too! I live in Spring Hill, FL where I have beautiful weather year round. Been poking around BiggerPockets for some time now, mostly listening to the Podcasts while working my day job. I work remotely from my home for a software development company, so while I’m working I’m also soaking up everything I can through the Podcasts. Current goal is to create enough passive income to work only when I want to.
