@Courtney Radmall I know this post is a few months old but would you mind sharing why you are considering selling? I'm looking to purchase an STR in the Kissimmee area and just wondering if you didn't have a great experience in that market. Thanks!

Hi Everyone,

I'm new to the BP community and have been eating up all of the great insight here! My husband and I are looking to purchase a property in Jacksonville, Florida to use as an Airbnb property. For those of you with short term rentals in Jacksonville, what neighborhoods are the most desirable and do well on Airbnb? What are you seeing as in-demand for bedrooms & bathrooms? Would love any and all feedback from those running successful Airbnb's in this area. Budget is around $200k. We do not want to be doing any major renovations as we live in Connecticut and aren't interested renovating from a distance. Thank you!
