From Utah! Yes, we’ve looked around and if it’s just a rental we are more open to further away but if we find a flip it’ll need to be closer to keep it realistic for us as a family.

I’d love to connect as my husband and I are looking for a second investment property and want to try a fix and flip this time. 

We've had a couple recommendations but aren't sure what to do regarding an LLC. A lot of people recommend a separate LLC for each property and some suggest a trust or s corp that owns the different LLCs. We only have one rental right now and are looking to get an LLC for it but aren't sure if we need a trust as well, if it's something we could decide on later, or not necessary at all?

Hello! My husband and I have one rental property and are looking to do a flip next. We are located in south Utah county and are always looking to meet other people also interested in real estate around here!
