@Andrew Street thank you for the insight! I will definitely look for some Facebook groups. Do we need to register with the FL department of revenue before launching the rental?

Hello! My partner and I are new to the game and we're jumping in in PCB - specifically Laguna beach. 
Are there any STR owners in this area that would be willing to share their advice or experience? We're in the process of setting up an LLC and trying to make sure we have all of the correct licensure before posting our listing. Also curious about anyone's experiences with handymen, cleaners and pool servicing in the area. Let me know if you're willing to talk!
