@Lakienya Dixon Talk to an Attorney you can also speak with the title company they sometimes will have document specialists... I mean if you really want to be safe that's the way to do it but otherwise educate yourself on every aspect of you contract know what every word means and if you dont know educate yourself.

Bill, So the tax incentives don't entice you?

Just wondering if you have rental properties in Las Vegas How many of you rent to Section 8 and what are the pro's and Con's? Also If you only rent certain properties to them do you rent any of your nicer properties? Just wondering its seems like no one in Vegas does and I'm trying to figure out why not. Enlighten me please! Also why does it seem like everything even rentals go through realtors here?
