The seller agreed to fix a pitch problem for the hot water heater vent. The plumbers suggested repair was to replace the hot water heater that is too big for the house and over 10 years older with a smaller tank. This would fix the original problem.

Thank you, Jacci. I appreciate your insight.

Hello,

I am wondering if a seller can back out of a deal after a agreed upon repair list was signed when one of the repairs is turning out to be more than anticipated? I am in Wisconsin if this helps.

Thank you for any advice.
