I am seeking a partner or private money lender to help me invest in monthly income producing properties near downtown Baton Rouge close to LSU and Southern University A&M colleges. These properties rent year-round to students, professionals, and overnight stayers for local events. 

Anyone looking to pay cash for properties with high potential to produce a steady stream of rental income from local colleges. Here in the Baton Rouge, LA area right by downtown Baton Rouge.

Thank you to everyone that responded! Can anyone help me analyze this property? I’m a college student 5 minutes away from the property and is thinking about partnering with my college to help fulfill there needs of more student housing.
