Thanks again for your input you guys. @Clay Huber I am from Detroit born & raised for 17yrs, I've spent the last three years here in Kalamazoo. I often travel back to Detroit a lot to visit family & friends. I also see a lot of homes up for sale & have partnered with other investors who have properties up for sale. As for Kalamazoo I took a drive around the area yesterday found some homes I have to check the crime rate on that area. Last, I haven't found any other investors in Kalamazoo that would really be a joy if I did.

Thanks guys, @Daniel G how long have you been investing in Detroit? Is it as bad as ppl make it seem? Are you interested in more properties in the area?

Are there any investors in the Detroit surrounding areas? Perhaps Inkster, Mi? Or are alot of investors staying away from the area?

Is it a bad thing if you have no capital or credit established & your searching for a partner who does? If you can do all of the leg work & just want someone who can use cash or credit in REI it seems like you would be using them, but would both benefit from this sort of thing? What do you guys think?

Any Investors or Wholesalers in the battle creek area I have a home that I'm interested in & want to get advice about the Neighborhood, maybe even network on this deal.
