I am just starting off wholesaling and I got an interested seller who said that his property is in excellent condition and he is willing to sell if the price is right. It is not a distressed property, so I wouldn't be looking for a flipper but rather an investor looking to hold. How would I go about doing comps and getting a referral payment?
