Brandon thanks for the post. I would suggest looking at the BP pro membership or you can try out their calculators to see if it works for you. They will do all the heavy lifting for you as far as calculations.

I'm new to the investing side and trying to learn everything I can. Part of building better habits I've been doing is analyzing a properties using the calculators. Hope you are staying safe!

What's up BP Community?! My name is Alvin Jenkins I currently live in San Jose, CA. I am a referral agent in MD but will move back into a full-time Realtor once we move back next year. In the meantime, I'm learning what I can, listening to podcasts, reading, attending Meetups, etc. 

I'm working on becoming debt-free by the end of the year then save up for my first property. My goal is to use my Project Management skills to manage rehab projects for future investment properties. Thanks!

I'm currently living in San Jose, CA but have lived in SC and MD. I would go back to Laurel, MD. It has a small-town feel and you could be in DC or Baltimore in 30 minutes to an hour most days for some big city living.
