Howdy folks! Recently i was contacted by phone with one of Armando's "strategist" to qualify to join the wolf pack. Well, to my surprise turns out i qualified. Thats where the guy on the phone started hustling me for $997 to attend Armando's 3 day workshop in San Antonio. From what i heard, is that when people attend the workshop, they get hustle for $25 of $50k to join the mentoring program. Has anyone joined or know someone who joined his programs?

I met with a guy who works at planet fitness during my workout, we took our conversation to REI and now he's hookiing me up with a active house flipper. What are some good negotiations or tactics to get the mentorship with him?

It wasnt a formal interview, it was more of an open forum. Yes, i will be getting licensed in the future and also looking to invest in RE.

So i have an interview set up in a bit. It is for unlicensed Agent, what should i know about this company? How can i get hired without a license?

Luckily, i didn't buy the program. They said that in those 3 days, were about filing for self employment tax. I should just get my RE license if im brand new to this, right?

Is anyone in fortune builders who bought the program. Please let me know if its worth it. Thanks!

I haven't attended a REIA meeting in El Paso, but just up the road in Las Cruces there is a great group of Real Estate Investors that meet monthly. We meet the 1st Thursday of the month. Typically there is a short presentation on a particular topic followed by a meet and greet session. The group is filled with knowledgeable, experienced investors. If you're interested I can provide additional info, or @Account Closed can add you to the email distro list for the group.

Hello, yes please add me on the email list. Thanks!
