Looking to repair my credit so I can get better rates. Can someone please recommend a credit repair/deletion company. Thanks in advance.

I was told Builders Risk and Construction General Liability.

What insurance do I need to start flipping.

My research showed that that was true. So, I hired one of those companies to handle the advertising. Then a few weeks later they mailed me the receipts, and copies of the advertising, and then I got something from the state telling me the LLC was formed and legal. (Something like that. It was about two years ago and some of the memories are fuzzy. But I know I didn't hire a lawyer. I have opened a checking account, a credit card, bought a property and borrowed money (the mortgage) with that LLC.)

Yes I learned about having to advertise for 6 weeks and they want to charge $375 sounds pricey, but I'm sure worth it.
