Hi: I am a Realtor in NE Florida working with Investors on similar transactions, what city and county are you in?

Hi all, I am a newly working agent, but I am also an investor working to acquire my first income producing property. Unfortunately I got my license thinking that I would learn about the investing side of real estate, and of course once I did it I realized it was just the opposite. My license was inactive for the past 3 years.

So I decided to go active recently for a couple of reasons: 1. I wanted to network with people, 2. I wanted to learn how to sell, or become familiar with coming into to contact with people and selling or dealing with rejection from people, 3. and also make extra income that I could invest with.

Now at the beginning of both sides of the industry, and all areas in between, I am trying to learn valuable lessons to be a great agent that can work with investors and I want to develop into successful investor so that I can just focus on investing and creating wealth.

So, I find all the comments thus far excellent! Thanks for sharing.

As a new Realtor wanting to focus on clients seeking investment/income producing properties, I have found this thread very educational, interesting, and comical. Thanks for sharing.

Hi Joshua
Actually, my husband and I have been getting our plan together, and we are definitely ready to go. We have been getting our personal finances in order.

My husband and I are in the beginning stages of the Rich Dad Coaching, and so far so good...We have been into his books, the game Cash Flow 101, and we have learned alot. We have taken some action steps, however, we still don't have our first property, but we will have it this year. So, I will keep you posted on whether or not, RD helps with that. But, ultimately, it is up to us. WE HAVE TO TAKE ACTION!

iPhone is the way to go
I agree with all the items Joshua mentioned, but to add,
if you have an apple computer - it syncs to contacts, web favorites, and there are applications that allow you to see files on your computers hard drive remotely from your phone...my husband is a trainer at Apple, so he has all the info...I have had my phone since it came out, and really I don't know what I was doing before that!
