Do any consulting services exist that teach you how to properly flip homes? Do real estate law firms offer this service as well?

Are there any consulting services that will walk you through and teach you how to properly flip homes? And do real estate law firms offer these services as well?

Q#1. When being financed by hard money how much is required down?

Q#2. Are there any other out of pocket cost upfront or is it all paid on the back end?

Q#3. Will a poor credit score prevent me from getting hard money?

Q#4. Can I use a 100% free and clear property for collateral for down payment?

Are you able to use business credit to buy rental property and do a cash out refi to pay off the credit used? And if so is it smart to do so?

@Luciano A. Thanks for the info

I have a mixed use property that I own 100% outright. I want to access the equity to buy more rental property. Should I get an equity loan or take out a mortgage? What are my options and what's the best route? And will it be harder to get if its registered under an llc vs personal name?
