Good morning! I am looking to send out some letters to some potential property owners. This is my first time doing this so I want to go about doing it more cost effective and do them myself instead of paying for them to be done. What are some examples of what you write? do you always include the property address? Do you hand wrote them or type them? I appreciate the advice thanks all!

We are just starting to submit offers and I know not everything will be accepted but when we are working with an agent who finds these properties to flip do they submit the offers for us or do we make contact and submit the offer ourselves? Also in the contract what are the necessary terms you put in them. I have a lot of information but I want to get some insight from you all. Thanks!

Hi all! Here's a short introduction, My husband Alonzo and I are new to investing! We live in the Houston area and have been married for 5 months!! Well to start we have our LLC set up and are ready to take the next step! We have always wanted to do investing and no longer be apart of the corporate world. We are extremely excited yet nervous! Glad to be apart of this investing community!
