@Aaron K. Thank you for the good points. @Ned Carey TY, I appreciate the good words and advice Ned.

@Aaron K. Good point but, I see wholesaling as an input output thing. The more effort you put in the more you can possibly get out of it. From my knowledge wholesaling is a "hustle" right?

I definitely can agree that having college degree is defiantly a good backup plan. That's why I will initially be taking just a year off to pursue wholesaling.

Hi Biggerpockets community, my name is Alonzo. I have recently taken a huge interest in real estate investing. First off let me give you some backround information about me. This summer I have given a lot of thought on my future and I've asked myself a lot of questions pertaining to it. Do I really see myself having an engineering career? Will my engineering career deliver the lifestyle I want to live? After various readings, podcasts, and videos I discovered that no, college and engineering may not be my way. And with all that research I discovered wholesaling. After diving into the numerous amounts of information related to real estate investing and wholesaling my vision aligned. I saw a different route from the college route, a way out. Basically I saw real estate as a vehicle that could deliver me to  the life I want to live, the business ventures I want to pursue, and the lives I can affect.  I am 20 year old. I will be running my operation in Michigan.

With my youth I will bring my biggest assest-my will and compacity to learn and improve to any table I sit at. Fellow investors if you have any tips, advice, or information it would be greatly appreciated (especially from Michigan). I look forward to the value I can provide to this community. Thank you for your time and any contributions given.

Look out ya'll I'm on my way.

Oh wow, you guys really went in on remodeling this property. Great job!
