I am ready to start wholesaling in the Memphis area but I can't afford to pay an attorney to go over a contract. Can someone please send me over a copy of yours so I can get an idea of what I should have on mines! Thank you!

Hey BP, I have a question. When you find a contract that you think is right for your state (TN). Do you take it to your title company's attorney, so they can go over it before you put it to use?
