Brandon Turner I think that blog post was exactly what I was looking for. I have a pretty good full time job right now and I think I might be able to scrounge up some extra cash to put a couple thousand down on a house. I think the thing that was the most scary was the 20% down on a house and how I was ever going to get that money and a mortgage with no real credit. But after reading your post I think I have a new found confidence that I can do it at this age.

Thanks guys,

I have started to check out the beginners guide to get a feel for what I might be wanting to get into specifically when it comes to real estate investing. I will look into the REIA as well.

Sam

Hey everybody,

I'm a fresh out of college guy, looking to possibly start investing in real estate. Being straight out of college I don't have a lot of money to invest but I would like to get into owning rental properties since I live in a pretty big tourist area and college city. Any advice from anybody about anything real estate investing would be awesome and appreciated. I will say that this will not be my full time job as I am employed currently full time.

Thanks,
Sam
