Thanks for your insights, Jonathan. Appreciate it. I did talk to neighbors before. Gate has been there for many years, but was not padlocked before. One of the 2 houses in our property was used by previous owners as STR when we bought it.

For this dependable brain trust: Please help me in finding a RE lawyer/ expert on easements. We just started with our STR (has legal TOT certificate) in Mariposa County near Yosemite. There is a road leading to 4 ranch properties and ours is the 2nd property from the main gate. From the title insurance, the road says public rd, we also obtained fr title company of a grant deed fr 1963 that says "reserving easement" of this same road. I don't have much understanding of all the wordings. The neighbor demands that we always padlock the main gate and she would change the codes so frequently, and it's been a nightmare for some guests & us. We live 3h away, but we have a PM in the area. She has other demands that are ridiculous. Someone has been playing tricks on us. Threatening to report to Airbnb, etc. Please guide me on steps I can take to stop this madness. Anyone I can reach out to (CA)? Thank you!
