I always GC my  projects and use sub. contractors. I need a recommendation for a liability policy and a umbrella policy

Good luck with your flip. I would talk to a CPA on how to properly transfer the funds to your LLC.

Its best to always set up your LLC with an attorney. Be sure to keep annual minutes and don't comingle your personal and business money.

I would look to see if there is a local REIA in your area. A REIA is a local real estate group that usually meets once a month.
