The referral took days to get back to me. I would like to go with a new agent if possible with better response time if not I'm breach of contract.

I have a signed buyers agent contract in a state that I was looking for a property. I could not find the property type in the price range I was looking for but I have found it in another state. The question is if that broker is not license or representing the new state and I still beholden to the previous buyers contract? I would like to go with a new agent in the new state.
