Thanks Rosalyn! I would love to get your information. I am always looking for new homes to flip. I have me RE license and work the retail market but also work with my parents buying flipping homes in York and Lancaster County. We haven't had much luck in Lancaster though because I have found it very difficult to find good deals.

Hi There!

Can anyone explain what the "Per Diem Rate" is in reference to the offer price details on a bank-owned property? I am trying to put in an offer on a property. The default for this value is set at $100 on the website. It asks for offer price, deposit, method of payment, closing date and "per Diem Rate." I would like to know what it is before proceeding. Thank you for any assistance!

Hi All!

I know of a particular building that a local manufacturer will be vacating soon. The building is in a super up-and-coming town. I think it would make for some super swanky up-scale apartments or office space (or both!). It is not on the market yet but will be vacated in the next couple months. Does anyone out there have any creative ideas on where to start with this? I have no experience with commercial space!! only residential. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Like many others on this site, I am just getting into the RE business of flipping homes. I am currently holding a full-time job in the agricultural industry so I am working in RE on the side. I also have a 6 month old baby who keeps me very busy as well!

I am primarily working in Lancaster County, PA. I am hoping to connect with wholesalers, contractors and gain insight on how to be successful on my new endeavor!
