Hello,

Does anyone have recommendations for general contractors and/or electricians in West or North Palm Beach, FL. This is for the renovation of a two-bedroom, two-bath single-family home. I’m looking for someone who is responsive and has reasonable rates.

Thank you!

@Devan Mcclish thank you! This is really helpful. Every market is different - I’m in NYC and one-bedrooms are very common and in high demand. Why do you recommend the west side?

@Bri Clark thanks Bri! I think I’m targeting established young professionals, couples, or young families. I’m not interested in section 8. I’d like to be in areas close to downtown—no suburbs.

I am considering investing in Nashville. I'm curious what property type is most appealing to renters--condos in newer buildings/walk-ups/single-family homes? I live out-of-state, so any insights are much appreciated. I would likely want to hold onto something for 3-5 years.
