I am trying to find out if it is legal to post any wholesale deals I get under contract and am looking to assign to other investors on real estate club websites.  If I get a deal and need a lawyer I would definitely welcome a lawyer you recommend in San Diego if they are ok with me being in Coachella Valley, CA.

On Meet Up there is a Coachella Valley REIC.  You can sign up there.  They have been canceled for several months but I believe the next one is in September.  If you sign up you will see when the next one is.  Hope this helps.
