Thank you, Nate - I may reach out to you.

Appreciate the replies. I paid the $2k for the 3-day workshop that gave a high-energy overview of RE Strategies, taxes, and credit, plus access to their HMLs. I fully understand that they are in it to make money themselves, but it is very intriguing to have an experienced mentor to walk you through your first couple of deals, therefore making your money back... I have decided against the program for now, just hoping it was not a poor, skeptical decision on my part.

Has anyone bought into and experienced the full-blown Success Path System? I have learned a lot, but not convinced on spending the money. As someone at the first steps, but anxious to get started, is it a scam or worth the initial investment?
Jon, I appreciate the response. Would you say rehab, flips, and holds work better in Portland? Or is it still pretty competitive? Chicago is at the top of our list!

Hi, my name is Allie Cerone and I am from Chicago, IL, currently living in Hollywood, but looking to move to Portland, Denver, or Chicago in the future.  I am anxious to get Real Estate Investment at the forefront of my career; I am currently an engineer with a Mechanical Engineering background, but I am ready for a career change out of the corporate world.  I have spent weeks studying and trying to learn this RE industry, I believe my important next steps are to find the perfect mentor, build a power team with the right investors, and start my experiences off in Wholesale.  I am ecstatic to have found this site, and look forward to the discussions and future potentials.
