And, I am not looking for the address or owner.   I have that.   I need a good phone number to contact the owner.

All, before I posted this to BP, I utilized all the things I know to do.   We are experienced investors and know how to try the simple things, like the auditor's web site, on-line records, tax records, white pages, etc. The things you mentioned so far, have not worked.    That is why I asked about the detective.   I read all through bigger pockets on skip tracers, and no-one recommends one.  I also read through the replies about subscription sites and no one said it resulted in good data.    It's fine if no-one knows anyone, I was just asking.

Hey BP,

Can anyone recommend a private detective to help find contact information for a vacant property owner(s).    I have tried on-line with no success.  Since I live in Indianapolis, IN, I would prefer some one here in Indy.

Thank you.

Hi everyone, I need some advice.   We have an option to purchase a house in the midwest.   The previous owner built a 30x31 room on the back of the house for a train collection.   We need to re-purpose the space.   I would like to hear everyone's opinion on how you would repurpose it.  We were thinking of making it an in-law quarters, a huge game room, or a teenager appt.    I would appreciate any ideas.  Thank you.

Hey Pat, thanks for posting.   We use Wayfair and Build.com for many items and they usually have a good selection and an easy return policy.

I did not know, that is why I was asking.  You never know when someone has found a new source.
