Is there a specific amount of time it takes to get a license or does it depend on the school? Thank you all for your responses!!!

Id like to know if it would be benificial to have a Real estate license if you just plan on being an investor? I'd like to get licensed just because, but is there any real benefit besides an mls account? If so, can someone list a couple things? I'm new to all of this! Any reply is greatly appreciated!

Thank you.

thank you so much, I'll check them out!

I wanted to see if someone could help me out and give me a list of some good title agencies in az. I'm new to real estate but I've learned a lot and want to start out wholesaling to make a few bucks but not sure what to look for in a closing company. I would prefer to have a good company that is investor friendly and will do double closings. Anyone have some tips for me? Any tip is greatly appreciated!! Thank you!
