We also are Titanium members. We are getting a lot of use out of the Service but we are still not sure it was a good value or the right thing to do. Especially after they just sent out an email saying the month fee was going from $35 to $55 a month.

Large multi-family (5+ units) commercial investment investment in Duncan.

Our first deal as a General Partner (GP). It is a 122 unit apartment complex

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Multifamily is very resilient which makes it a safer investment than single family homes.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

We met one of the syndicators at a real estate seminar.
