Dave,

Sorry I took so long to respond.

We live just outside of city limits and therefore Coconino county.

We really did not want to be wedding planners, but did not want to leave the property unattended during a wedding.

I have a home in Flagstaff, AZ that is on 2.5 acres and backs up to undeveloped state land.  We held my sons wedding there when we were living there.  We are now doing short term rentals but we're thinking about changing to a small wedding venue.  There are very few wedding venues in the area.  All weddings would be outdoor.  Does anyone have any thoughts or ideas on this?  With my son's wedding we had about 125 guests.  We use self contained bathrooms on a trailer.  We rented a 30 x 60 foot tent.

I have just recently been on a live webcast from a company called Vodyssey.  I was pretty impressed with the presentation.  To join is a steep price.  Can I learn that same information on this forum?  Any thoughts, ideas, or experiences about this company would be appreciated.  Bottom line, is it worth the investment?

Thank you everyone.  I haven't invested in precious metals but wanted to start learning about them

Can anyone give me the pros and cons of switching my 401K accounts into precious metals?
