Patrick Connell that's where I'm having my issues and why I wanted to ask. I cannot seem to figure out how much land is going for in the area and was curious as to if it would even be worth my time and effort. I'm a new wholesaler and haven't not done a deal yet.

I've come across 12 acres of land out in Jourdanton, Tx. I haven't signed any contracts yet, but wanted to hear from some investors on whether wholesaleing land is as beneficial as wholesaleing actual Real Estate, and if so, how would I go about drawing up a contract? As of right now the owner is asking $0.23 per sq/ft. Thanks in advance :)

I've been told to always go through an Attorney for any Real Estate Investment deal.

What are some good questions to ask to make sure I find/hire the best one?

Hello,

My name is Alison. I am fairly new to the investment world and would REALLY like to meet up with local San Antonio Investors/Wholesalers to work with and possibly do deals with. I am a very outgoing motivated individual who LOVES to talk to new people and would like to do more networking.

I look forward to hearing from all the local investors :)

Respectfully,

Alison
