Hi, I'm Alin. I was perusing FB to see what investor profiles I can get to connect with. Finally, I connected with this lady out of Palm Bay, FL & Poplar Creek, Missouri. She said she'll get me 100% financing for 15 years at 5%. Sounded great until she had a "representative" of hers ask me to wire money to a lady in Missouri to get the loan process going. No paper trail, no company logo, no office # except the Google one. I decided to pass but in case you've run across her, her name is Rachel Elizabeth Ellen. Her assistants names are William (born in Colombia, South America) & his wife Jacqueline (with 25 aliases). Be careful who you do business with folks....

Go to Visio Lending & speak with Martha Baredda. She got me an 8.7% fixed rate with a foreclosure on my record. She also has a 4-5% rate for good credit & up to 30 yrs financing on rentals with payment, mortgage & insurance included in the payment

Anything over $1000 that was taken with no services in return falls in CLASS E FELONY!!! Go to your sheriffs dept, file for an arrest warrant & either get him to pay you back every single cent or have him go to jail. Bring your contract, pics, payment stubs, text messages & show them to the DA. He'll know what to do from there

Hi, I'm Alin. I'm looking here to grow my list of reliable lenders who lend at reasonable rates, possibly 100%, no prepayment penalties, with a possibility of splitting the profits after 2 years of me holding Cashflow properties within TN & South & southwest FL. Can anyone recommend me someone? I've got to close on 1 nice deal in 2 weeks & 2 flaky lenders disappeared after telling me my deal is solid.

Go to meetup.com & register for free. There are over 2 dozen meet ups just in the Dade, Broward & Palm Beach counties alone. Just one of them includes over 500 members alone. I just signed up today

I got the title search back. Here is what is portrayed:

The title is filled with city liens for uncut grass, boarded house violations, judgments and a tax lien dated to 2008. Adding everything up is over $ 15,000 in fines. 

Note Purchase:                                                            $   2,000

Liens & Judgements:                                                   $ 15,000

Foreclosure costs:                                                       $  4,000

Opportunity costs:   unknown but could be positive

Hassle with bureaucracy of Chicago     

Lots of headaches and money for each paperwork

submittal request: maybe more than                           $ 1,000

Value of home according to COMPS                         $ 40,000 - $ 48,000

Selling to an investor or a buyer for                           $ 30,000 - $ 35,000

IS IT WORTH IT????? Options of anyone are greatly appreciated.....
