Hi everybody, I’m new member and I live in Vermont and I’m so interested in real estate investing but I’m still scared to do my first step towards my journey, there are too much information to deal with legally and financially and I don’t know from where should I start. Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks to all

 Hi Ali,

I always recommend the book “Rich dad, Poor dad” by Robert T. Kiyosak to anyone who is starting out. Start listening to the BiggerPockets podcast starting at the very beginning. Start growing your network, look on Facebook/BiggerPockets for different events, find a mentor who is doing what you want to do, and get to know the local lenders/brokers.

Get started and it will be only good things for your future!

Hi Steven,
thanks for reply and valuable advices, already I read this book and keep reading the books that recommended in the podcast, and about the podcast I started from the first one and I’m in the middle kind of it, I wish I can find a mentor that will be a stress relief.
thanks

Quote from @Scott E.:

You're asking a loaded question that would take a week for any of us to property answer.

I recommend spending the next few months here on the forums and listening to the bigger pockets podcasts. Get yourself familiar with different real estate investing strategies, different lingo, different perspectives.

Once you have a bit more direction on what form of real estate investing will help you accomplish YOUR goals, come back with a more specific question and you'll get some quality responses.

Thanks for reply, I’m still listening to the biggerpockets podcast and from that I think the safest way for me is the wholesale with no money required but how I would know this is a good deal!
thanks
