If I knew back then  what I know now I would say Hack, essentially get a 3 bedroom minimum hack the two bedroom out or if you are a family guy look into a duplex and hack the bottom floor .

I was thinking of using the equity in these both homes as a down payment, any feedack.

Great Job .I presently have a duplex and  split single family any advice on getting in a 14 plus unit?

My wife and I own two bomes brand new and would like to start investing in multi family units 14 units and more any direction on how to start this?
