Alliant Credit Union! They're based in NJ I believe but NJ residents qualify. Rates as low as 3% on HELOC and up to 90% LTV.

I am looking for a a contractor to handle a number of small jobs (replace bathroom vanity, paint, sand floors etc.) at properties in the Bronx. Need quality work, quick completion, and competitive prices. 

Please lmk of any referrals.
