Hello I'm able to start my the game of real estate using the BRRRR. I'm 19 and don't have that much experience when it come to rehabbing. Now I've researching that too now when working with contractors do I have to manage them from start to finish and do I have to schedule to do whatever I need to fix for them or do they help me with that?

Hello my name is Ali I'm a 19 year old kid looking to start in the game of real estate soon. Now I wanted to start this year in the summer when I got my credit ready and more capital in my pocket. So I was talking to my friends and they were wanted to move out of there parents for college in the city where I'm going to be investing. They said it would be next year. But my problem is that I've have no one to do a house this year I'm I better off doing a house hack next year. Or should I start a some form of a side hustle in real estate. Because I want to learn as much as I can. From what I've heard that real estate is a thing that you learn as you go. So wouldn't mind if I had to learn something else if I can't house hack next year. I'm just very hungry to learn a lot in real estate.

Hey I was was wondering what is the best way to get all the paper work for things like lease agreements form ,employment verification form landlord reference form, tenant acceptance form, and etc. I'm about to start my journey in real estate some time soon. I've heard of so many ways to get forms. I've heard just download them for free or go to an attorney for them. If I could get some advice I would a be grateful  thank you.

Okay So I know that housing hacking is a great way to kick off your investing career. But as a beginner looking to start some time in future what are some other strategies do you guys recommend? I have thought about fix and flip houses and also doing BRRRR. Because I do want to learn how to do them at one point. The main strategy I want to do and I'm going to do is buy and hold.

Thank you for your advice.
