My name is alfredo I’m a 20 year old eager to get my first deal done I can find great deals off and on market at lower than market value and can find many deals per month I’m looking for an investor willing to work with a wholesaler I just want to know WHAT I’m looking for I’m not gonna bring you a single family when you only do 2 units and up if that makes sense. I’m confident I can get deals done I wouldn’t put myself out there if I wasn’t about my word
