Hi Michael Roe... What about Property Management? My wife and I work full time in Houston. I can handle renting request but what about if something wrong with the Internet or any specific question that needs someone to show up quickly.

@John Underwood thanks...  I already have that except for the PM expense, just want to know from another investor in Galveston to see if something is left at the end of the year or you have to put extra money. Thanks John... I appreciate your input.

I am thinking to invest about $340K with a mortgage. I want to know if after paying mortgage, escrow, insurance, electricity and Internet do I have something left?

Hi my name is Dennis Solari, My wife and me are starting in the rental property investment world, we started in 2015 in Houston and we are very happy so far. we are putting 20% down and finance the 80%. I have a question, someone know how many houses can we finance? someone told me that after the 2008 recession, by law you are only allow to finance 5 house... is that correct?
