@Percy N. I'm new at this so please for give me, reaching out for help is new as well I'm a newbie at investing I looking to get some leads I drive for dollars and walk for them as well I focus on to area right now looking for preforeclosure and I knock on door as well and I use a service to help me tract down owners in or out of state. I need a preforeclosure specialists  to help me with the process so I will know what houses  to target and if I can even target those property.

Sorry for responding so late !!! Thanks for that info I will do more research on that and yes the city web site shows you the house in Preforeclosure and the one that sold and the ones that stayed ect.   

@Kevin siedleckiThanks.... They are preforeclosure do i contact the owner or the lawyer if it hasn't be sold yet. 

Can some body please explain to me the step to put a bid in on a  property, then putting it under contract?  Can you contact the lawyer on foreclose case when a person files bankruptcies or is it consider a bank owned property?           

How do you put a investment property under contract?  do you need proof of fund if you planed on using hard money or private money?
