@Alex Nelson question, is there a way I could post my wholesale deals on marketplace to see if any buyers would like to purchase it? And if so, anyone knows how to do it? Also should I wait to contact my buyers after the July 4th weekend or are people still working and finding deals?

Also how do you find buyers? I have a home under contract right now, should I wait till after the July 4th weekend to contact the buyers or should I continue to look for those buyers right now? It’s an on market home that’s beautiful and a good deal to.

Good afternoon BP, I'm new to wholesaling, I have a couple of buyers but no leads on motivated sellers. I was wondering could anyone show/or explain to me how to look for motivated seller leads? Also when speaking with an end buyer how would I know what to say concerning my wholesale fee? Do I tell them I'm a wholesaler? What do I say in order to get my end buyer to agree on the price plus wholesale fee?
