Hi everyone, my name is Al and I just joined bigger pockets and wanted to introduce myself to the community. I'm a licensed, bonded, and insured contractor in St. Louis, MO. I've serviced both residential and commercial properties in the St. Louis and surrounding areas for the past 40 years. I own an HVAC mechanical contracting company that my family has owned since 1964. I've handled tasks like simple service calls all the way up to designed/build projects. I hope to connect with other investors who need a trustworthy and experienced contractor to get the job right the first time. I have seen countless situations where bad workmanship can cause a lot of headache and frustration but most importantly cost a lot of money. Because of my experiences over the years, I'm able to problem solve situations in contracting with excellent results that are both efficient and cost effective.
