Good Morning,

I am beginning to file for my Holdings company and I am unsure which is the better selection for taxes. S-corp or Partnership? Also once I get the LLC for the holdings company I will also be getting a subsidiary LLC to begin investing. Does the Subsidiary LLC need to file as a partnership/ S-Corp? I believe it is pass-through income, correct?

Thank you,

Alex

Good Afternoon!

Would anyone be willing to speak with me over the phone about how they went through their first BRRRR? I am a young guy trying to get started and I am looking for some advice on the amount of money I should save up, Where to get financing and how I should begin?

I work in commercial mortgage at the moment and just recently got out of being an acquisitions manager for a fix and flip company ( So I know how to find the deals).

Thank you!

Alex

Thank you all so much for your help! I appreciate the kind words and the advice.

I hope to be back on here in the next few months with the good news of purchasing a double!

Time to get on the road of being financially free from big corporate!

Thank you so much for this!

I appreciate It! I think I need the push to get started!

Good Afternoon Everyone!

I am 24 years old, work full time in commercial real estate and just recently got out of being an acquisitions manager for a fix and flip company. I am in the process of saving for my first investment property. I am not sure where to start and how much I need to save to begin. I have many questions about what the best route is to begin creating passive income for myself.

My biggest concern is the Financial piece to getting started.

Should I see if I can find an investor and work out a deal? ( I won't be able to bring much to the table...)

Should I just save as much as I can and then buy a property myself?

I am from Buffalo, NY!

Thank you

Alex

Good Morning Everyone!

My partners and myself have been successful over the past few months wholesaling but the biggest issue we face is showing the property. A lot of our properties that we are seeing in the area are in run down condition but have a lot of potential. When we get a cash buyer that is interested they want to see the property, our hesitation is that we don't want to get the property under contract if our cash buyers don't want it. This causes the issue of bringing our cash buyer and seller together causing confusion with the cash buyer and the seller making it almost awkward at times.

What are some suggestions to remove the awkward showing?

Thank you!

Alex
