@Michael Stockwell what is this replacement program? Certain areas of the city I’d assume. What’s the goal?

I've tried LexisNexis. Its a minimum $2,000 spend. It is pretty accurate, however it is almost impossible to get off the ground running. Formatting the lists to get skip traced is almost impossible. Especially, if you have unit or complex numbers, forget it. Maybe it is easier for SFR only. I have not been too pleased with the ease of use. I can't say I'm in love with it, nor can I fully recommend it at this time.

@NaDean Bowles - I want to understand correctly. You have been using Mojo's Skip Trace service? You have gotten some good results and accurate "hits" back from them, in terms of contact info? -Bonus: :) how many deals have you got from using their skip traced numbers?

Any recommendations on where to locate water shut off notices? Not recorded at the county recorder where I am.

Any website or data aggregators you know of? Perhaps a place to get a list.

Thanks

🙏

@Christopher Petrillo - How did it go with Mojo's skip tracing?

We need a new skip tracing company too. Reached out to Lexus Nexus direct.

We have used batch skip, and they still charge for bogus ones with incorrect/not the greatest numbers.

DON'T USE REI SKIP! They had near a 50% accuracy rate. We are very disappointed with them

@Maya Patterson Welcome to the Facebook of REInvesting lol What was your previous experience with REInvesting? Colorado is a constrictive market, but we're still getting deals out here! :) What market(s) are you targeting?

@Matt Bowler Did you ever get the Podio and Mojo Sells to integrate? I am faced with the similar challenge!  Would love your insight

@Joe McCall and @Ben G. Thanks for your feedback on articles!

My partner and I are having trouble pinpointing our Podio Apps.  Investor Fuse seems to have issues and not worth the $$$. I can't get a good feel on other "pre-loaded" services out there.

How do we get these integrated apps?  Activity (where we can send texts directly), Appointments, Offers, Contracts, Campaigns, Seller Leads

How would you recommend getting our Podio CRM built out with the needed integrated apps to wholesale/fix and flip?

- All Success, Alex

2. As a licensed real estate broker "agent",

can I participate in equity sharing with my LLC - and negotiate a short sale?

@Lyca Shan did you ever get a virtual mailbox set up? Curious if you had any suggestion aside from using UPS
