How are investors feeling about the upcoming trends in the market? Interest is at about 7% right now but they seem to be leveling off/decreasing. Are investors focusing more on rentals? Or what do you guys think?

After a full year of inflation and rising prices, it appears that things may begin to settle down a bit. Interest rates seem to be going down as well with experts predicting it can reach as low as 5.2% by the end of the year. Encouraging signs from the market to start the year!
