Yeah it's legit, I've talked to John himself and have actually sold properties that way, even before he came out with that program. It's pretty much for newbies who need a boost to making money in the real estate market. He wuold be teaching what you didn't know in that instance.

But yeah it's for real, just factor in the majority of the services and companies he using to do all the aspects of the deal, he owns or at least part of them so he's making money all the way around.

I use affiliate products to do some marketing, however I have started to create my own products lately. I will be letting everyone on the forum know about the release very soon.

I will be doing a product launch in a couple of weeks. Also I do affiliate marketing, and focusing more on creating information products.

How about you?

You gotta be kidding!

I seriously doubt he eats that much for breakfast. I am seriously under the belief that 12,000 calories comes over the course of an entire day, not at breakfast!

Alright well, my opinion is changed. I've never considered that. And don't get me wrong, I think he's a phenomenal athlete, at the age of 23 he's won 8 gold medals, hell, I'm 23 and the only gold I have I had to go to the store and buy it! I think he's deserving of all his awards, endorsements and all that. I live in Cleveland and of course you know Lebron Jame is here, and I've seen this guy eat at restaurants, and at 6'9" 245, it does'nt seem as if he would eat 12,000 calories a day, I don't know I could be wrong.

So I was on Yahoo, and it said that Michael Phelps eats 12,000 calories a day. Now granted, he is 6'4" which makes for a large guy, and I am pretty sure that swimming consumes alot of calories, but come on, 12,000 calories! That's gotta be inaccurate.
What do you think?

If you want to do it yourself you can use a software called: "Dreamweaver". It's from Adobe and I think it costs like a couple hundred bucks, but you can use it to build as many websites as you want forever! However, I think if you're a college student you can get it for much cheaper, and I also think they have a 30 day free trial that you can download. There's other programs to like NVU, Microsoft front page, etc. Or if you want, you should be able to go on craigslist or something like that and get a good web designer for a pretty decent price if you don't want to go through the headache of building one if you don't know how.

Best,
Alex
