I'm looking for my first deal and as I was driving around I saw a bandit sign on a pole in my area. It made me think, "If this guy is a wholesaler looking for deals, he might also be looking for investors to unload them on." Does anyone have any experience using these signs in reverse? Would it be crazy to call them and ask if they have any deals to pass along?
